The 234,000m2 scheme from developer Grosvenor is the UK's largest city centre regeneration project.

Located in Liverpool city centre, the scheme includes retail, leisure, hotel and housing as well as a 2.2ha park.

The area has been one of the biggest building sites in Europe for the past 5 years.

So far 90% of the scheme is let.

Later phases of the scheme are set to open throughout the summer, with the final phase due to open on 30 September.
