Today’s announcement marks the final deal in series of three strategic acquisitions designed to expand and enhance the Grontmij services portfolio with market leading niche skills in building services, contract dispute prevention and resolution and public realm landscape architecture.

Headquartered in Maidenhead with offices and projects spanning Europe, North America and Asia, Roger Preston & Partners brings over 75 years of experience in building consultancy to the Grontmij group.

Bringing Grontmij’s existing European employees together with Roger Preston & Partners’ 160 specialist consultants takes Grontmij’s total headcount to approximately 1,350, a total increase of circa 35% since the organisation’s first acquisition was announced in March.

Roger Preston & Partners achieved a turnover of approximately £12m in the year 2007.
