| Green light for Terrace Hill Southampton scheme |

The AIM-listed property company Terrace Hill has won planning permission for its £70m Mayflower Plaza development in Southampton. Work is due to begin in the summer on the scheme which will comprise 116,928 sq ft of office space, a 150bedroom hotel and 180 apartments. The development is scheduled for completion in 2010. The scheme is located near Southampton Central station and is in between the civic centre and Mayflower Theatre. |
