A £20m development on Corporation Street, Preston has been given planning consent by Preston Council.
The building - an elongated, eight story glass tower - will house 136-bedroom hotel and 74 serviced apartments. Applicant Kubik Design, which submitted the plans for Liverpool-based developer Amadeus Property and Development, also gained permission for a row of six retail units on the ground floor. |
