Tuesday, 29 April 2008

Delancey is to redevelop York House located on the South bank of the River Thames after receiving planning consent from Lambeth Council.

Designed by Sheppard Robson, the 18-storey block will have a curved steel and glass frontage and will accommodate approximately 3,000 workers.

The scheme will comprise 345,000 sq ft of office space with a 10,000 sq ft roof terrace with views of the Thames and the Houses of Parliament.

It is thought completion will take place by late 2010.
