GB Development Solutions will be a subsidiary of GB Building Solutions; it will keep the same name and continue to carry out development work as it does at the moment.

Martin Smout, chairman and chief executive of GB Building Solutions, said: “The business has been completely separate from MJ Gleeson for over two years now and has built up a strong customer-base and a growing reputation. The name change to GB Building Solutions is the final positive step in this chain.

“The name change will not change any element of the way that we operate and GB Building Solutions will continue to be a solutions-focused business providing the same high level of customer service that Gleeson Building has become well known for.”
