Belfast based developer PNB Properties says it will pull down the centre and replace it with a new centre and a 220-bed hotel.

There will also to be 65,000 sq ft of office accommodation.

The developers hope that 200 jobs will be created during the construction work, with another 900 jobs on completion of the scheme.
