| Gladedale gets green light for Leeds scheme |

Reland, the commercial and mixed-use division of Gladedale Group, has been granted outline planning permission for a £230m scheme in the centre of Leeds. The scheme to redevelop the former Yorkshire Chemicals site includes provision for 707 homes 24,790sq m of office space and 6,876sq m of leisure space. The development on 7.4 acres of brownfield will be known as 'The Works.' The company has also submitted a planning application for a sister scheme on 12-acres of the Yorkshire Chemicals site called Bankside. |
