Galliford Try takes Fife hospital E-mail

Galliford Try has won the £32m PPP deal to build a new Community Hospital and Health Centre in St Andrews, Fife.  Morrison Construction, part of Galliford Try’s building division, will carry out the construction, and Morrison Facilities Services the post construction services. 

The company announced it had reached financial close on the project and that Galliford Try Investment will carry out the project management.

The hospital and health centre will facilitate integration of services including GP Practices, In-Patient, Out-Patient, Dental and Social Work services. 
                 
Construction will start in December 2007 and is expected to complete in June 2009.
