Covent Garden Market Authority (CGMA) has selected the two practices to draw up the design brief for the redevelopment of the market in Vauxhall, London.

The team led by consultants URS, is made up of nine firms and the full design brief will be drawn up for the summer.

The market currently occupies a 23 ha site at Nine Elms in Vauxhall, south London, and the redesign will form part of a major regeneration plan for the area.
