The Cheshire-based company has acquired B. Rogers Electrical Ltd, which is based in North Wales.

The combined business will be known as Rogers Electrical.

Managing director Mike Ridyard told a local newspaper, "I intend to grow the business dramatically over the next few years. Clearly, we presently have a geographical gap between the two old operating areas, consequently our first area of concentration will be in Chester and surrounding areas."
