Duddington House Properties has secured planning consent to redevelop a former job centre complex in Edinburgh. The Edinburgh based developer will create around 40,000 sq ft of office space at the site in Torphichen Street. The redevelopment will be named 'Haymarket Green', a BREEAM Excellent rated scheme designed by architects Bennetts Associates. |
