Countryside Properties plans Cambridge scheme E-mail

Countryside Properties has received the go ahead from Cambridge City Council for a mixed-use scheme to the south of the city.

The development at Clay Farm will include 2,300 homes, retail, healthcare, a new school and 120 acres of parkland.

It will also include a new central square.

Clay Farm is next to the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, a major new medical research centre which is a joint venture between Countryside Properties and Liberty Property Trust.
