The planned development for the Foundry House and Mill Lane site is expected to consist of 39 flats and townhouses, Shops/restaurants on ground floor, offices and car parking space.

Also included will be a picturesque courtyard and seating areas and footbridges to link from the town site through to the adjacent Yeovil Country Park. 

Negotiations and legalities will now be pursued before a decision is made on when work will begin.
