Project Blue, a joint venture between CPC Group and Qatari Diar has submitted a planning application for the £1bn redevelopment of the Chelsea Barracks in London. Submitted to Westminster City Council, the 12acre site will comprise 638 apartments, half of which will be affordable housing while some will be among the most expensive apartments in the capital. The 12acre site was bought from the MoD in February for £959m. The redevelopment will also include a boutique hotel with two restaurants and spa, retail units, a community hall and a sports centre complete with a 25-metre pool. |
