| Carillion shareholders say yes to McAlpine deal |

Carillion announces that, at its Extraordinary General Meeting held yesterday for Carillion Shareholders to approve the acquisition of Alfred McAlpine the resolution put to the EGM was approved by the company’s shareholders. The resolution proposed at the EGM was carried on a show of hands. The proxy votes lodged in respect of the resolution were overwhelmingly in favour with 99.6% support. |
