Capita Symonds has acquired M&E engineering consultant Pearce Buckle Design Engineers for an undisclosed sum. The firm based in Sheffield will now be known as Capita Pearce Buckle. It is the third acquisition this year for Capita. The multidisciplinary consultant bought Lovejoy, a landscape architect, in March and structural engineer NRM Bobrowski the following month. |
