Garic has a £12m turnover and employs 100 people in Bury, Greater Manchester. Its owners, brothers Lorne and Gary Entwistle, will continue with the business.

Its 800-strong client base including multinationals such as Balfour Beatty, McAlpine, Laing O’Rourke and Carillion.

The firm has been bought for an undisclosed sum by Liverpool based Bibby, a division of Liverpool group Bibby Line which was set up to find and buy established, entrepreneurial and high-growth businesses.
