Balfour Beatty, the engineering, construction, services and investment group, has announced that it now expects its 2007 results will be "somewhat higher" than previously expected. Trading in all parts of the group is strong and has been augmented by good settlements on some completed projects. Balfour Beatty will issue its customary year-end trading update in the early part of January, which will contain further detail in advance of its preliminary 2007 results announcement on 5 March 2008. |
