Turner prize-winning artist Anish Kapoor is to design a 520ft steel bridge across Hartlepool harbour, which will be one of the world’s biggest sculptures.
It is thought that the pedestrian bridge will be built in the next 10 years along with four other public sculptures that are yet to be unveiled. |
