The 18 month contract involves building a two-lane dual carriageway of approximately 4.3km in length, and include the construction of 2 'at grade' roundabouts, 4 structures passing over the new road, and 3 culverts carrying watercourses under the road, plus associated alterations to side roads.

Subject to all funding being secured and protected the works will need to start on site in August 2010.

Contractors have until 2 December to express an interest.
