Manufactured from post-consumer uPVC windows, the material is the only approved product of its kind in the government-backed WRAP Construction Product Guide.

The company claims that by bringing back old PVC-U frames into use, Wrekin is able to intercept thousands of tonnes of material that might otherwise have gone to landfill, helping registered social landlords (RSLs) to hit strict “green” government targets.

Material is supplied by Wrekin’s sister company uPVC recycling firm Dekura. The company can recycle factory off-cuts and first-generation uPVC products that have reached the end of their natural lifecycle.
