Water contract win for Carillion E-mail

Carillion today said it has won a £10.66m contract for Northumbrian Water.

The contract is the third that the company has won at the Water Treatment plant near Colchester.
 
The work will involve the procurement, construction, installation and commissioning of upgrade facilities including a new high lift pumping station, site High Voltage and Low Voltage electrical upgrade, new standby generation facilities, filter control and monitoring facilities, together with major connecting pipe-work and other ancillary infrastructure works.
 
Work is due to start mid March and is expected to finish in August.
