Developer Urban Splash has been named as the preferred developer for the £70m development of Irvine, Scotland. Irvine Bay Regeneration Company plans around 300 homes, shops, leisure facilities and offices on an 11-acre harbour front site.
This is the first major development in Scotland for the Manchester-based developer. |
