Accommodation provider University Partnerships Programme has won a £133m deal to provide student accommodation for the University of Exeter.
UPP will design, finance and operate accommodation at three locations on the university’s Streatham Campus. Construction work will take place over three years and is expected to complete in 2012/13. Barclays Commercial Bank and the Royal Bank of Scotland contributed £112m of debt to the scheme, which forms part of the university’s £450m strategic investment programme. |
