Gleeson Building has won a £18.5m contract to build a mixed use development building on a landlocked brownfield site in the heart of Birmingham. The project is a new build awarded by Taylor Wimpey-owned Bromsgrove Street to provide city chic apartments to first time buyers in the centre of Birmingham.
Southwark Council and it developer partner British Land Canada Quays have chosen Barratt Homes to develop the first phase of the scheme to create a new town centre in South London.
