The largest single project will see Multibuild refurbish the existing 120-bed Golden Tulip Hotel in Bournemouth. The £5.5m project, awarded by Tidalgate Investments, involved the renovation of all bedrooms, bathrooms, two 300-capacity function rooms, public areas and a nightclub.
 
Multibuild will also build a new £2.4m 40-bed hotel with pub, restaurant and conference facilities in Selby for Christian Spencer Leisure. Another £1.3m contract will cover the creation of a 40-bed extension to the Roadside Inn at Thetford while the company will also add a £1.25m, 24-bed extension to the Rossett Hall Hotel near Wrexham.
