| Mears takes £57m housing contracts |

Mears Group has won two 10-year social housing contracts worth a total of £57m.
The public-sector contractor has been awarded contracts with Octavia Housing and Care and the Old Ford Housing Association. The contract with Octavia is worth £36m while the contract with Old Ford is worth £21m. Both jobs will see Mears provide repairs and void services. The deals will bring its order book to £1.7bn. |
