The largest contract for the quoted group is with the Metropolitan Housing Trust (MHT), and is valued at around £157m over ten years. Mears will act as sole partner to repair, maintain and decorate MHT's 30,000 properties in London and the Midlands.

The group's other contract win is with Bracknell Forest Homes, which owns over 5,600 properties in Berkshire. This is valued at around £13m contract over four-years.
