Morgan Sindall's affordable housing division Lovell has secured a £20m contract to redevelop a Hampshire estate.
The contract, for Atlantic Housing, part of the First Wessex Housing Group, is the first that Lovell will undertake as a member of First Wessex Housing Group’s contractor framework. It will see Lovell demolish 100 1960s bungalows and build 189 new energy efficient homes on the Velmore Estate near Eastleigh. Work is set to start in September and take 30 months to complete. |
