ISG Totty has won a deal to build a £14m hotel and leisure complex in the North-West. The scheme will see the contractor build a new Village Hotel at the Ashton Moss Leisure Park, located close to Manchester. The 120-bed, four-storey hotel will have an adjoining two-storey leisure club and will be situated at the 3.5 acre Ashton Moss site. Completion is expected by the end of 2008. This is the first deal for ISG Totty, since becoming framework partners with the North West hotel and leisure group, De Vere Group. Village plans to expand throughout the UK with the aim of opening 10 new hotels a year. John Gittins, managing director of ISG Totty, said: "ISG Totty's appointment to this framework acknowledges the company's wealth of experience delivering intensive, high quality roll out development programmes for leading blue chip leisure operators, and we look forward to working closely with Village to facilitate its ambitious business plans." |
