Grangefield Estates has submitted plans for a 4m sq ft mixed-use development in Manchester, anchored by a 300,000 sq ft "health mall." The Chancellor Place scheme situated in Ardwick near Piccadilly Station will include a hotel, office and leisure space, a 21st century mill for the local textile and fashion industry as well as 2,000 new homes. The "health mall" will comprise health and medical facilities. The development will also feature a pedestrian 'Green' bridge over the Mancunian Way that will help to extend the city beyond the ring road.
The plans have been developed in partnership with Manchester City Council and regeneration agency New East Manchester. |
