As quantity surveyor, Gleeds will work on the 30-month contract to deliver the facility at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory at Chilton, Oxfordshire.

Gleeds will use its specialist cost engineering group to look after the mechanical and engineering side of the project, while Capita Symonds will project manage the scheme. that will be due for completion in three years.
