Countryside Properties has been chosen by Portsmouth Council to develop the first phase of a £100m business park for the south coast. Countryside Properties was selected ahead of MEPC and ProLogis to develop the 32acre Dunsbury Hill Farm business park in Hampshire. The developer plans to build a 550,000 sq ft business park with conference facilities, an enterprise centre and a hotel. |
