| Costain wins £31m City of London development |

Costain has been awarded a new project located within the heart of the City Of London for one of its key clients, Arab Investments. The £31m development comprises a high quality new-build nine-storey office building in Gracechurch Street. A particular feature of the project is the inclusion of premier Portland stone cladding which is integrated with the retained part of the existing façade. The retail areas, situated on part of the lower and ground floor levels, will be constructed to shell specification for fit out. Construction is scheduled to complete in early 2010. |
