| Costain consortium wins Southern Water job |

A consortium led by Costain has won a £225m contract to design and build a new wastewater treatment works in Brighton and Hove for Southern Water.
The 4D consortium, which is also made up of United Utilities and Montgomery Watson Harza, will start work immediately. Work will be carried out over the next three years with an option for a further two year contract to operate and maintain the plant. |
