The group says it is performing in line with expectations.

Recent contract wins include:

•Raglan Housing Association, a 15 year, £150m asset management contract;
•Midland Heart, a 10 year, £40m response maintenance contract;
•Newham Homes, three 4 year contracts to provide decent homes work,totaling in excess of £43m;
•Dumfries and Galloway District Council, two 5 year asset management contracts totaling £50m;
•Greenfields Community Gateway, a 3 year £30m decent homes contract.
