Carillion wins £155m Leeds contract E-mail

Carillion has won a £155m contract to develop the tallest residential tower in Europe.

The Lumiere development for Lumiere LP, a joint venture between KW Linfoot PLC and the Frasers Property Group will consist of two high-rise towers.

Tower One which will be 55 storeys, will house retail space on the ground and mezzanine levels with the remaining floors dedicated to private apartments while the second tower at 32 storeys will include retail on the ground and mezzanine floors, offices to floor ten and the remaining floors will be serviced and private apartments for people over 55.

It is thought construction will take four years to complete.
