Carillion win Aberdeen contract E-mail

Carillion Property Services (CPS), the recently-formed property services arm of construction company Carillion plc, has been awarded a four-year housing framework contract with Aberdeen City Council, potentially worth in the region of £20 million.

The works, which commence in January 2008, include the refurbishment of kitchens and bathrooms of local authority homes.

CPS managing director, Peter Jones, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have been awarded this contract as it supports our ongoing strategy to continue sustainable growth within the social housing sector.”
