The joint venture with Arcadis NL - Arcadis Aqumen facility management (AAfm) - will expand the existing Philips’ portfolio to include the major proportion of the company’s sites in the Netherlands, almost doubling the space under management to 1.6m square metres, including office and production facilities.

The contract, due to start in April 2008, will provide a range of services including facilities management, maintenance, cleaning, security, mail & logistics and space planning.
