| Blackpool Council offers £50m contract |

Blackpool Council is inviting firms to bid for a construction contract worth up to £50m. Work will be divided into two lots and firms can only bid for one lot. Up to five bidders will be invited to tender for the four-year framework. Lot one is worth between £4 and £20m and consists of minor building works, while Lot two is worth between £20 and £50m and includes major building schemes. Bidders have until 25 July before the bidding closes to submit expressions of interest. |
