Balfour Beatty Construction Scottish and Southern has won a £32.3m contract to design and build an office block development in central London. The 11-storey office block, which is opposite the Bank of England, is for Cornerstone City Developments and Northumberland City Developments and is being managed by F and C Property Asset Management.
The contract was procured through a two-stage tender process and is expected to be completed within 124 weeks from the start of demolition. |
