ATCO Electric's current capital work programme estimates imply an alliance contract value of about £340m over the next five years, the group said.

Balfour Beatty will provide engineering, construction, procurement and project management services.

The project will be carried out by Balfour Beatty Management, the group's professional and technical services arm, and Balfour Beatty Utility Solutions, its electricity, gas and water utilities engineering and construction business.
