£19.5m Walsall housing contract up for grabs

Beechdale Community Housing Association is inviting contractors to bid for a £19.5m contract for repairs and maintenance work across its housing stock in Walsall.The contract which will last 10 years and will be split into two-lots,involves the provision of a responsive repairs service, voids service, planned works, cyclical decorating works, gas servicing and breakdowns, grounds maintenance and cleaning works.

At least five contractors will be shortlisted and invited to tender on 30 October.

The deadline for pre-qualification questionnaires is 19 October.
