| Robert McAlpine confirms Redcar Hospital |

Sir Robert McAlpine and its partner Ryehurst have been confirmed as winners of a £30m PFI hospital in Redcar. The Department of Health gave the pair the green light in November as reported in B&E, and final negotiations are now complete. Construction work is due to start this month.
