Both the chief executive and the chairman of shopfitter Styles and Wood are to step down, following a failed MBO. The company has issued a statement announcing the appointment of Ivan McKeever to the position of Chief Executive with effect from 2 June 2008. McKeever joined the business in 2002 and was managing director of Styles & Wood Ltd. Neil Davies has decided to stand down from executive duties with the Company and will move to Non Executive Director In addition it was announced that Gerard Quiligotti is moving to non executive chairman. Both men will remain in their new roles until 31 December 2008 or until a suitable successor as Non Executive Chairman is found, whichever is sooner. |
