Kotecha comes to the Agency with over 23 years of experience in the construction, utilities, food and retailing sectors, where he had leadership and professional roles at director and managerial levels.

As major projects director, he will be responsible for delivering all national infrastructure improvements and renewals on the strategic road (4,500 miles of motorways and major A roads in England), as well as developing new projects for future delivery.
