| British Land makes two new appointments |

British Land has appointed two new non-executive directors to its board. Aubrey Adams, formerly chief executive of Savills and John Gildersleeve, chairman of Carphone Warehouse Group will join the board on 1 September 2008. Current non- executive director Sir David Michels will stand down at British Land's annual general meeting on July 11. |
