A new chairman has been appointed to the Construction Industry’s Training Board (CITB-ConstructionSkills), the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills announced today.
The board of Network Rail is set to see further additions this week as two new non-executive directors are appointed – the current chief executive of the Olympic Delivery Authority David Higgins and Graham Eccles, deputy chairman of London Midland.
