SPV Special Projects
SPV Special Projects offers project design and construction on large-scale renovation projects in the commercial sector.
We specialise in design and build renovations of existing Hotel, Leisure and Office Buildings.
SPV Special Projects is a consortium of companies who offer project design and construction on large-scale renovation projects in the commercial sector.
We work closely with all aspects of large scale building refurbishment from initial enquiry through to after care maintenance.
We engage our clients in all stages of the process and deliver on time and on budget.
SPV Special Projects offers not just a service contract but a service partnership.
SPV Special Projects was founded in 2008 when a group of like minded companies joined forces to create a specialist technical and design service for working with "faces".
All component companies are well established and have an excellent track record within their respective fields.
Driven by a desire to go back to "old fashioned values" - by way of championing the importance of communication and collaborative working - the team draw on their individual areas of expertise to address specific project requirements.
